Starting March 28, 2018, Mr. Constantin Ivan holds the position of Secretary of State at the Ministry of Economy.

A University Graduate of the Polytechnic University of Bucharest, Energy Department, Mr. Ivan has achieved a high level of expertise in the fields of Exploitation and Maintenance of Energy Power Equipment and Hydro-Technical Constructions. Having an extensive professional and managerial experience, Mr. Ivan has undergone advanced training programs in the field of The Management of Critical Infrastructures, as well as in the area of Risk Decision Making, acquiring broad new skills and competencies designed to complete the level of excellence achieved during his professional career.

Mr. Constantin Ivan is married and has 3 children.
